Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original box with all protective foam and accessories to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Shipping the Product
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item and confirms it is in new condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
